While ticket holders are all entitled to a refund for cancelled performances, we are asking customers to support us while we are closed by either,
Transferring your booking to the rescheduled date is the preference. It means the show goes on, and you’ll be there for it – albeit at a time when the world is safer!
Donating the value of your ticket to the venue, this would really help support us during this time.
Obviously we will honour refunds if the above options are not suitable for you. Please allow up to 28 days for us to action this.
